met up with sy and wk yesterday to visit sharon in gleneagles hospital. lol i must say it was really a super interesting day lah!! oh well, life wif this bunch of retards are nvr normal anyway..hehe
anyway, we met up at like 7pm even though the visiting hours were from 9am to 9pm-_- how smart rite..wat were we thinking man..being so confident that we could buy a present, have dinner, chiong to gleneagles hospital and have time to spend wif sharon?? haha ok and as usual, we ending up meeting like 30min later at arnd 730...had to seriously chiong our way arnd orchard to get the perfect gift. at 1st wanted to buy her shoes, but in the end we went to phuture london cos she likes stuff from there. so after choosing very quickly, we got her this white top which we aft that realised, was kinda inappropriate cos it looked like a big bandage..hahaha
aft the present was bought, went to the department store to get sharon a prettaye metoyou card. sigh, achalli we saw this really really beautiful earring holder thing tt we wanted to buy for her!! but having bot the cake,present,card,wrapper and ribbons, we were really quite broke already even though all of us din mind spening more $$ on her(:
HAHA. and even so, we din give up easily ok. the 3 of us cleverly came up wif this brilliant plan of finding the receipt for the top and returning to phuturelondon by saying that the size doesnt fit, and since there was only 1 of the top left in the shop, they will have to return us the $$ right? haha achalli we will never know. cos being absolute geniuses, we din even bother to take the receipt lah..SIGH...
ok now on to the cab incident. first and foremost, i have to say that i have the most thick-skinned bunch of frens lah!!! cos ah, since we were in a hurry, and the cab queue was SO SUPER SUPER LONG..sy achalli suggested that we go right to the front of the queue and tell the person tt its a ''life and death situation'' and ask if they can let us go first. my god man. i was totally horrified when i heard tt suggestion lah! but u noe wat? she told me she and sharon did it before cos they were late for their movie-_- damn bad rite!!! haha but then...since we were REALLY in a hurry..we decided to go ahead wif the plan.
haha sy damn brave lah! she was the one who asked the person..in the end wk and i just act along.wk even called up sharon and say..''hello sharon ah..are u ok not? wat ward are u in?! we coming liao..very fast one..'' lol then somemore i think cos i was nervous la, i keep perspiring!! then wk was saying ''eh dun worry dun worry..im sure she's fine..'' LOL! damn gao xiao lah..in the end the 2 kind ladies in front achalli let us go first leh, although she was most definietely suspicious cos we were like carrying bags of cakes and presents-_-
really felt damn guilty after that..we promise nvr nvr to get into this kinda situation again where we have to lie.haha anyway, gleneagles was really quite far from orchard station lah..luckily we din decide to walk. hehe
guess what? juz when we tot all the excitement was over, we realise that we dun have a lighter when we took the cake out in the hospital..hahaha i think we're really a bunch of losers man! haha anyway luckily this uncle had lah..so we lit the candle and asked the nurse to go in sharon's room and tell her to slp and off the lights..haha aft tt, wk held the cake and the 3 of us walked in, singing happy bdae really loudly.
hahaha and guess wat again?!! the candle went off lah while we were singing half way!!!! so stupid rite!! then siying rushed in and told sharon'' pretend u din see anything''. hahaha! i was laughing until i was practically in fits liao lah!!! damn damn gao xiao man. hehe but glad tt sharon seemed rather amused. (:
oh anyway, aft all the commotion was over we finally sat down and had a gd look at sharon. wah her left knee was wrapped until it looked like some pig leg. wk and sy even asked her to pose so they can pose her pig leg fotos on friendster.HAHAHA damn bad rite!! lol
luckily the nurse was kind enuff to let us stay till after visiting hours. or else our efforts would have gone down the drain..hehe aft we left, there was still a surprise awaiting sharon cos we had already told the nurse to pass her the present at 12am sharp(: glad she liked the present..
wah, ytd really adds on to my list of unforgettable days..lol hanging out wif sy and wk is really lotsa fun and full of crap man. everytime also like dat one..since sec 2 when we became close frens..tt day was still toking to wk about our sec 2 memories..haha i know i mentioned it before, but those were the days i enjoyed most throughout my secondary sch life. hmm 4 yrs of friendship le..i hope we continue to stay gd friends for a long time to come(:

today was a great day!! (:
hehe met may & jenn at bugis today..1st of all, since we were REALLY hungry, we decided to have lunch..mm but then since we planned to shop till we drop, we had to scrimp and pinch on food, in the end, decided to try rosti at the basement. BIG MISTAKE. not only did we wait for super super long, the auntie's attitude was quite bad ok! and the main thing was that it din even taste tt gd lah..definitely cant compare wif marche's rosti!!
anywayz, aft lunch it was time for our shopping spree!! (: went frm shop to shop, trying outfit after outfit tirelessly..lol in the end rite, i bought a pale purple bamboo straw bag for arnd 14 bucks!! its super super nice! i love it to pieces!! hehe jenn bot one too, but hers is in red..too bad may din buy, or we cld have formed the straw bag gang..haha.
on top of that, i bot this black skirt which made me really pissed! cos at 1st it was 26 bucks, and the shop gave a 20% discount..so happy at first lah! until i went to the next store and realised that it was selling for 19.90!!! arghhh..now i noe man..nvr ever ever compare prices aft u buy smth lah! u will end up feeling realli upset if u realised tt u bot it at a more ex price..haha mm but knowing me, i will probably do tt again next time haha (:
ohoh lastly, i bot this black racer top wif a golden crown pattern at bugis village!! haha i simply simply lurve crowns lah!! and black & gold is simply the best colour combination in the world!! hehe(: oh jenn bot smth at bugis village too...it was a really prettaye pink tube top hehe(:
aft shopping for like 5 hours straight, we went to V8 to settle our dinner. as usual, the food was great!! for ppl who havent been there, i recommend it strongly! i had the grilled salmon steak, while jenn had the chicken baked rice & may had the sphagetti in cream sauce..very yummy!! lol aft tt, went down to rockery to have a drink and we ended up sitting there for 2 hours! haha since no $$ liao so we sat down there and chatted and gossiped...hehe i must say i had a realli great time toking to both of them! think we shld do this more often if we have the time k =)
hmm on the whole, i rate today as an excellent day!!! however, it would have been even greater if i cld buy my white skirt and black & gold jacket..hehe have a feelin i will come back wif jenn again these few days to get the stuff we wanted to buy today but din have enuff $$ to..lol oh ya! i have to mention this, may is really super thrifty lah!!! so unlike jenn and i. the 3 of us came out wif around the same amt of cash and at the end of the day, jenn and i were like totally broke!! can u believe it? may din buy anything leh! even though we tried to psycho her to get smth, her determination din even waver one single bit leh..pro rite!! really must salute to her la! lol

oh damn im really starting to panic. just cant seem to get back the studying momentum which i had during the o level period. now my concentration span has been reduced to a mere hour. im like so dead now.
4 subjects. touched a little on math, and like half a topic on econs. the other 2? untouched.
great. JUST GREAT. im going to flop my jct so badly...
lesson no. 1 : procrastination & laziness gets u NOWHERE.
lesson no. 2: never borrow a whole series of VCDs[think: devil beside you.] to watch 2 weeks before ur exams. not only will u not be tested on this, u are going to spend the whole day thinking about the plot(& the gd looking male lead) even after u have finished watching the show.
aHHhhhHHhhhhHH!!

someone once told me '' life is like taking a train..at some stops in life, some ppl get on while some ppl get off..'' how true. even though sometimes u wished wif all ur heart for someone to continue staying on..u just cant make them stay..
i think tt at certain points in life u will meet certain special ppl tt u will nvr ever forget in this lifetime, and i guess i've met one like that.
its wrong for me to say this and feel like tt..since tt person is already happily settled down..but i really miss this once-special someone..
maybe its seeing the ppl around me all getting attached suddenly..my close friends esp...makes me feel the lost of having a special someone by ur side even more..
someone whom i can tok to
someone whom i can confide in
someone whom i know will always be there for me
whenever i need him
its been long..around 6 mths i guess..but certain memories just dun fade~
no matter how hard i try to push them away..
